Our Special Needs Fund fills holes in community needs after LiftUp, Routt County Department of Human Services, and our other local Human Services agencies cannot service a client. Donations designated to Special needs will serve clients in our community who have a gap need that cannot be filled by other organizations and resources in the community.
Examples of Special Needs grant would be to purchase fire wood for a senior citizen on a fixed income or to pay for dental work for an uninsured or under-insured resident. If you are interested in contributing to our Special Needs Fund , please contact Kate at 970-879-5605 or firstname.lastname@example.org
