About the Human Resource Coalition

The Human Resource Coalition (HRC) meets monthly on the third Tuesday of the month from 2:00 to 3:30pm in conference room one at UCHealth’s Yampa Valley Medical Center.

The purpose of the Human Resource Coalition is the following:

  • Consolidated Funding
  • Networking
  • Relationship Building
  • Community Updates
  • Share information beneficial to clients
  • Learn information about other organizations
  • Become more knowledgeable regarding possible referrals
  • To learn about resources provided in order to aid in referring clients
  • Make excellent client referrals
  • Cooperate and communicate in an effort not to duplicate services
  • Promote collaboration and minimize duplication of services
  • Coordinate how we do human services in the community
  • Provide clearing house of sorts for community endeavors
  • Bring together entire group of human resource agencies
  • Network, collaborate, and keep each other informed of progress and growth

The goals of the Human Resource Coalition are to:

  • Continue community wide awareness of Assets
  • Generate and sustain broad, dedicated community support/involvement of Assets
  • Leverage City/County funds
  • Work the Routt County Health & Human Service Plan
  • Provide Professional Development for members

HRC Grants

The Human Resource Coalition (HRC) funding cycle for 2020 closed on September 28, 2019.
  • You will need to create a login using your email and password
  • You can login and out of your application throughout the 6 week period.
  • You must complete the application 100% and click the final submit button in order to have your application complete and submitted.
